His first PGA Head Professional position (highest rank position) came within four years of his membership election at Myakka Pines Golf Club, a 27-hole private equity club in Englewood, Fla.

Elected to PGA Membership in 1980, Cioffoletti was named as the 1993 South Florida PGA Section Merchandiser of the Year for Resort Courses. He was also honored with the 1992 South Florida PGA/Southwestern Florida Chapter Golf Professional of the Year.

He is certified in Advanced Assessment Training and conducts PGA Education Seminars for future PGA Professionals across the country.
