As prescribed in the Kentucky PGA Rules & Regulations
 

ELIGIBILITY

Professionals must have playing privileges for 2021 and be affiliated with the Kentucky Section PGA.

Amateur must have an active handicap index at any recognized facility in Kentucky or outside of the state.
 

FORMAT/SCORING

18 holes - 1 best ball gross + 1 best ball net
