Since 1895, Pinehurst and Championship Golf have been synonymous.  Pinehurst held its first marquee event in 1902, The North South Amateur, today a staple in competitive amateur golf. Subsequently Pinehurst has had the privilege to host the PGA Championship (1936), U.S. Amateur (1962, 2008 and 2019), Men’s U.S. Open (1999, 2004, 2014, 2024) and the Women’s U.S. Open (2014).  Now, you will have the opportunity to play where the greats have played.

 

 

2021 LPGA Amateurs Scramble Open Practice Rounds
May 26-27, 2021

Pinehurst Resort
No. 5 and No. 8 Courses

 

 

• Practice Round Fees:  Course No. 5:  $60.00 and Course No. 8:  $80.00
• This discounted rate is only applicable during LPGA Amateur "practice round blocks" on (5/26) and (5/27).
• Once teams have been confirmed into the Scramble Open field, participants who book lodging at Pinehurst Resort will be able to register for their practice rounds beginning February 25th at 1 pm EST.
• Those who choose NOT to book lodging at Pinehurst Resort will not be able to book a Practice Round for May 26-27 until April 30th at 1 pm EST. 

 

(5/26) Practice Rounds:

 

• Course No. 5 – Tee times will be available off Hole #1 from noon - 3 pm (8 min. intervals)
• Course No. 8 – Tee times will be available off Hole #1 from 11:30 am - 3:30 pm (10 min. intervals)

 

(5/27) Practice Rounds:

 

• Course No. 5 – Shotgun start at 8 am and another at 1 pm
• Course No. 8 – Shotgun start at 8 am and another at 1 pm
