Entry fee refund available only for medical reasons after deadline date, July 22, 2021, 11:59 p.m. Late or incomplete applications not accepted. No telephone entries. On-line entry is available at WWW.OHIOGOLF.ORG. Must be (1) a male who has reached their 50th birthday on or before August 2, 2021.


ENTRY FEE: $370—For those playing Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Includes Golf, cart, and range all three days, lunch all three days, breakfast Monday & Tuesday, Cocktail party Sunday and Ceremony/Dinner on Monday.

ENTRY FEE: $85—For those playing on Sunday only. Sunday only participants are by invitation of the Ohio Golf Association and Plum Brook CC. These contestants do not need to be 50 years or older. If you are interested in playing on Sunday, please contact Ohio Golf Association. Includes, golf, cart, range, lunch, cocktail party and prizes on Sunday.


REGISTRATION FEE: $55--Spouses, Guests and public are welcome to register based on availability to attend the Ohio Golf Association Hall of Fame Ceremony and Dinner on Monday evening. Includes Ceremony/Dinner on Monday only.

FORMAT: 36 hole stroke play (Monday & Tuesday).
Gross & Handicap prizes in three divisions.
Senior—50-64 (approx 6300 yards), Super Senior 65-69 (aprox. 5800 yards), Super Senior plus 70 & over (approx. 5500 yards)
Overall Champion will be determined from the Senior division. Any player may choose to play in the senior division. .
 

REGISTRATION: All players are required to register at Plum Brook CC on Sunday, August 1, 2021. You may pre-register by emailing or calling the OGA office. 614-698-0014. If you are not entering for Sunday, we will pre-register you.
 

CADDIES: A player must not have another player who has or will compete in the same round as his or her caddie during the round. Penalty for breach of Local Rule: The player gets the general penalty for each hole during which he or she is helped by such a caddie. If the breach happens or continues between two holes, the player gets the general penalty for the next hole. Modern Local Rule 8H.
 

SHOES: During a round, a player must not wear shoes with:
• Traditional spikes—that is, spikes having single or multiple points designed to penetrate deeply into the surface of the ground regardless of whether made of metal, ceramic, plastic or other materials.
• Spikes of any design that are entirely or partially made of meatal, if such
