PACE OF PLAY POLICY
Groups will be expected to play at 4 hour and 15-minute pace and keep up with the group ahead at all times.

No cargo shorts or pants at any time. No denim shorts or pants at anytime. Collared shirts or approved shirts without a collar must be worn at all times. Hats must be worn with the bill forward and MUST be removed when entering buildings.
All entries shall be deemed to be by invitation and are subject to Board acceptance.
NO SPECTATOR CARTS ANYTIME.
REFUNDS
Refunds after deadline date for medical reason only. A written medical excuse must be submitted after deadline date for refund. All refunds will be subject to a $15 service fee.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Practice Round (Tuesday, June 22, 2021)
Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:00 a.m. and continue until 2:00 p.m. Practice round tee times will be used. 1:30-3:10. Contact our office for available tee times.
During the practice round, there will be an informal Four Ball (Two-man Best Ball). Please email us with your partner and another side (team) that you would like to play with; otherwise, we will randomly pair you. If you do not plan to play in the practice round, please notify our office as soon as possible.
Round 1 (Wednesday, June 23, 2021)
Tee times will be between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. off both #1 and #10 tees. Pairings for Round 1 will be random within your division. Pairings will be published on or around June 17th.
Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Player’s lunch is included in entry fee. Guests will be required to pay a nominal fee.
Round 2 (Thursday, June 24, 2021)
Tee times will be between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. off both #1 and #10 tees. Pairings for Round 2 will be according to round 1 score within division.
Breakfast will be served from 6:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. Player’s breakfast is included in entry fee. Guests will be required to pay a nominal fee.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Driving range will open at 11:00 a.m. for entrants on Tuesday and 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. The range will close at 7:30 p.m. Closing time is subject to change based on use.
AWARDS
Award presentation will begin immediately following play. Miami Valley GC shop credit will be awarded based on field size. Overall champion will be awarded the Ohio Senior Amateur trophy (revolving trophy) and must return trophy before 2022 Ohio Senior Amateur Championship. Overall Champion will be exempt for the 2021 through 2023 Ohio Amateur Championship. Registration will be required each year.
