ELIGIBILITY Entrant must be a male member of a full-service Ohio Golf Association member club with an active WHS Handicap Index.  Past Club Champions, 2007-2021, Mid-Amateur Club Champions, 2017-2021, Senior Club Champions, 2017-2021, Super Senior Club Champions, 2017-2021.  2019-2021 CDGA Champions of the following tournaments.  Senior Overall Winner, Mid-Amateur Overall Winner, Super Senior Overall Winner, Amateur, Senior Amateur, Am/Am Scratch, Tournament of Champions Overall winner, Senior winner, Super Senior winner.  All champions must come from a Gross competition.  
 

RULES Rules of Golf will govern all play except for local rules approved by CDGA.
 

FORMAT 12:45 p.m. Shotgun Start. 18-hole stroke play competing in divisions. Lunch is included in entry fee. Competition will be played from three sets of tees. Back tees for Champions Division and all those who are 54 or younger. Middle tees for the Senior division and all those 55 or older. Front tees for the Super Senior division and all those 65 or older.
 

ENTRY Scratch Champions only. Entry is subject to approval or rejection at any time by the CDGA Tournament Committee. No practice round included in entry fee.  $5 admin fee may apply for withdraws.
 

ENTRY FEE $75.00.  Entry includes cart fee, range usage, and buffet lunch.  Fee will not be refunded after deadline unless contestant submits a written medical excuse. 
 

DEADLINE September 27, 2021, 11:59 p.m. (or when field fills at 120).  No tee entries.
 

CARTS Golf carts and caddies are permitted. Players may carry clubs if host club permits.
 

CADDIES A player must not have another player who has or will compete in the same round as his or her caddie during the round. Penalty for breach of Local Rule: The player gets the general penalty for each hole during which he or she is helped by such a caddie. If the breach happens or continues between two holes, the player gets the general penalty for the next hole. Modern Local Rule 8H.
 

TEE TIMES Requested groupings and tee times cannot be guaranteed.  Copies of starting times will be sent by email to Contestants and CDGA pro shops approximately one week in advance.  Starting times will also be posted to CDGAGOLF.org.
