Format: 18 Holes, Stroke Play-Scramble
Field is limited to 120 players.
Enter as an individual and CDGA staff will create ABCD teams
Handicaps as of May 21 will be used to create the teams.
 

Entry Fee: $65 per entrant and includes Golf, cart fee, lunch, range balls, prizes and gratuities.
 

Eligibility: Entrant must be a female member of a full service Ohio Golf Association member club with an active GHIN #. Entrant must be an amateur.
 

CDGA Refund Policy: Withdrawals prior to the deadline date will be refunded. Withdrawals after the deadline will only be refunded with a written medical excuse. $5 admin fee may apply.
