Caddie and Cart Info:
All competitors will be provided with a golf cart (included in the entry fee). Competitors will be allowed to walk with a Caddie.
Format:
Men: (2) Divisions, Amateur and Senior Amateur (Individual Stroke Play – Low Gross)
Women: (1) Division (Individual Stroke Play - Low Gross and Low Net)
Scoring:
Each group will receive one NJSGA Official Scorecard for all 4 players. Player 1 in each group will be asked to be the MOBILE SCORER and post scores online using the Golf Genius app. Player 2 in each group will be asked to enter the scores on the official scorecard.
NOTE: Player 1 or Player 2 may volunteer to post scores for both the opt out of scoring and designate Player 3 or 4 to keep the official scores.
NOTE: The MOBILE score keeper in the group must have the GOLF GENIUS mobile app downloaded to his/her smart phone.
Mobile Scoring - will be a great feature to the CUP – all competitors will be able to track the leaderboard through their smart phones and the official scoring will be expedited.
Ties: Men’s AM 1st Place – One Hole Sudden Death Playoff; Senior/Women’s Gross & Net – All ties decided via USGA Match of Cards (Total Score on Back 9, (Still tied) Last 6, (Still tied) Last 3, (Still tied) 18th Hole)
Trophies and Golf Shop Credit Awarded:
Amateur Cup Division – Championship and Runner-Up Trophy; 1st through 5th place Golf Shop Credit
Senior Cup Division (55 and Over)- Championship and Runner-Up Trophy 1st through 3rd place
Women's Gross - 1st Place - 1st Place Trophy and Golf Shop Credit
Women's Net - 1st Place – 1st Place Trophy and Golf Shop Credit
NJSGA Dress Code Policy:
This Dress Code applies to all Participants. Anyone who fails to comply with
any portion will not be permitted to begin play.
The following are PROHIBITED: Jeans, t‐shirts, tank‐tops, cargo shorts/pants, ‘short’ shorts, sandals,
and flip‐flops.
‐ Shirts must be tucked in at all times. Hats must be worn forward and removed when indoors.
‐ Soft spikes are mandatory and must be removed in the clubhouse (except the locker room).
