FORMAT 36 holes of flighted, gross and net stroke play

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player at the GSGA rate below. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call 912-638-5118 to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on March 3rd. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:30 a.m. each day of competition. |

STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on March 16. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice carts and range fees are $50 plus tax. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the entry fee. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Credit cards ONLY will be accepted. |

PRIZES Prizes will be awarded to the overall winner and the top 3 finishers in each flight. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email. |
