ENTRY FEE
$140/team (Due by December 3rd, 2021). If paying by credit card, we are using the same shopping cart as the qualifiers so the language may say that. Disregard and know that it is going towards your Championship fees.

FORMAT
Two-person scramble. The scores for all flights are determined by gross score, less 35%A + 15%B of the total team playing handicap index as determined by the AGA. The October 1st, 2021 revision was used to calculate team handicaps.
TEEING GROUNDS
Championship Flight(Gross Only): Black Tees - 7060 yards
Gross & Net Flights: Gold Tees - 6400 yards (Gold/Blue Combo used for this set)
Super Senior Flight ( Both Players 70+ as of selected qualifier date): White Tees - 5765 yards
Women: Green Tees - 5309 yards
PRACTICE ROUNDS
Teams that qualify for the championship may contact the facility directly to schedule a practice round. Practice rounds are available November 29th – December 2nd after 12:30pm for $90+tax and can be reserved one week prior. Please contact the golf shop by calling 480.279.3030 to book and mention you are playing in the Championship on December 6th.
ATTIRE
Golf attire- no denim and hats must not be worn inside.
CART POLICY
Golf carts are included(Max 2 carts per group). Players MUST ride in the Championship. No caddies or spectators allowed.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Breakfast burritos will be available at registration and lunch will be provided after play in the ballroom.
