ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Gender: The Championship is open to male and female amateur golfers
  • Membership: Players must be a member of the MGA.
  • State: At least one team member must live in the State of Missouri
  • Age: 12 and over
  • USGA Handicap Index: At least one player must have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index. (subject to change)

 

FLIGHTS
 

Open – The top 12 teams with the lowest combined handicaps will compete in this flight. Any team may opt-out of this Flight. This flight will play 6 holes scramble, 6 holes alternate shot, 6 holes best ball both days. This flight will compete for Overall Champion.

 

Championship – This division will be broken down into 4 flights based on team handicaps. This flight will play 36 holes Scramble.

 

Century – This division is for teams with combined age of 100 or more. This flight will play 36 holes scramble. Teams in this flight will only be competing against each other.

 

Super Senior – This division is for teams when one player is age 70 or older. This flight will play 36 holes scramble. Teams in this flight will only be competing against each other.

 

Pro Division - Open – Teams in this flight will play 6 scramble, 6 alternate shots, 6 best ball

Women/Girls: Red Tee 4740 (subject to change)

Men/Boys
12-14: White Tee 5800
15-49: Gold Tee 6699
50-59: Blue Tee 6400
60-69: White Tee 5810
70 and over: Red Tee 4740

 

 ENTRY INFORMATION

  • Entries: Player must register online prior to the established deadline. Entries by mail will not be accepted.
  • Fee: This championship entry fee $450.
  • Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline (5 PM July 24, 2023) Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
  • Refund Policy: A portion of the entry fee, will be based on the schedule below, will be refunded regardless of reason if the MGA is notified 573-636-8994 or via email: Prior to Deadline: Entry fee less $30. After the Deadline: No Refund. 

 

ENTRY FEE INCLUDES: The championship rounds, cart fee for championship rounds, and range balls.
Players are responsible for practice round and cart fee.

 

CHAMPIONSHIPS, FORMAT, & SCHEDULE

Sunday, July 31
Practice round $50 - Players may call Pro-Shop 30 days before the event to set a tee time.


Monday, August 1

First-round, 18 holes tee times off 1 and 10

Tuesday, August 2
Second round, 18 holes tee times off 1 and 10

 

PRIZES
Winner: Gift certificates will be given to top finishers in each division.
