AGES/ELIGIBILITY Open to female amateur golfer that are members of a GSGA member club and have a handicap index not exceeding 15.0. |

FIELD SIZE Maximum field of 60 players. |

FORMAT 36 holes of flighted stroke play. |

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below one week prior to the competition. Please e-mail Matt Porter at mporter@golfclubofgeorgia.com to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on April 28. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Credit cards only will be accepted.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet is available on the event portal. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on May 6th. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $50 plus tax. Credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the championship fee. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Spectator Cart Policy shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available for purchase throughout the event. |
|
PRIZES A trophy will be awarded to the overall winner. Gift certificates will also be awarded to a percentage of the field in each flight. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email. |
