2022 RDGA District Championship Qualifier

RDGA HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDANCE for 2022: The RDGA is continuing to promote a safe and healthy environment at each of our tournaments, reminding all golfers to take the necessary precautions and not play if showing any symptoms or if previously exposed to COVID-19 within the prior 7 days. We also recommend following the most up-to-date COVID-19 guidance from New York State, including the points outlined at coronavirus.health.ny.gov. CLICK HERE for more information. In accordance with these guidelines, the RDGA will NOT be requiring players to sign a COVID waiver form prior to each 2022 RDGA Tournament.

FORMAT: The RDGA District Championship Qualifier at Reservoir Creek Golf Course features 18 holes of scratch stroke play for the entire field. Play begins off the No. 1 tee in threesomes. A predetermined number of top finishers from the field will advance to the 2022 RDGA District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial at The Country Club of Rochester on July 13-16. That actual number of qualifying spots will be announced prior to the Qualifier.

ABOUT: This is the first of two 18-hole stroke play qualifiers to determine the starting field for the 2022 RDGA District Championship John H. Ryan Jr. Memorial. Players may enter either Qualifier - but not more than one. (Click on the "Other Qualifiers" tab, above, to view the registration options for the other two Qualifiers.) Those players who qualify will join the exempt players who have already entered to complete the starting field of approximately 132 players for the Championship.

EXEMPTIONS: CLICK HERE, or on the Tournament Information tab above, for the list of players who are exempt from qualifying for the 2022 RDGA District Championship. If your name is on that list, you DO NOT need to register for a District Championship Qualifier.
