Breakfast

A continental breakfast with a hot item will be provided for guests at the Inn on Woodlake (10/10-10/12) in the Common Area.  Guests at The American Club can choose to dine at 3 locations: The Wisconsin Room (Menu), Clubhouse Restaurants (Buffet) and The Greenhouse (Pastry, Bagels, Drink, etc.).  Breakfast for all guests (Alcohol not included) are included in your entry fee on 10/10-10/12.

 

Carts / Forecaddies 

Cart fees are included in your entry fee for Blackwolf Run - Meadow Valleys and River.  A forecaddie on the Meadows Valley and River courses are also included in your entry fee.

 

Caddies are included in your entry fee for Whistling Straits - Straits and Irish.

 

Recommended Gratuity:

Caddie - $50/player

Check-in / Check-out Times

Check-in on Sunday, October 9 is at 4 p.m. and check-out on Wednesday, October 12 is at 12 p.m.

 

Clubhouse Availability - The clubhouse, locker rooms and restaurant are available for all competitors.  Lunch is included in your entry fee will be available at each course.

Deposits Non-Refundable After 7/15/22 

Deposits for the Whistling Straits Pro-Am are non-refundable after Friday, July 15, 2022.  The Section Office will review unavoidable, extenuating circumstances for entry cancellation such as death or severe medical emergencies. They will also review any other special requests as it relates to any aspect of the event.  
 

Eligibility

Professional: All PGA Members & Associates in active classifications.

 

Amateurs will use a current USGA handicap index, Professionals will be responsible for verifying.

 

Amateurs do not have to be from the same facility.

 

1 Professional and 3 amateurs (male or female).
 

Entry Fee Non-Refundable After 8/15/22

Entry Fees for the Kohler Pro-Am are non-refundable after 5 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022.  The Section Office will review unavoidable, extenuating circumstances for entry cancellation such as death or severe medical emergencies. They will also review any other special requests as it relates to any aspect of the event.  Any changes to a team's occupancy must be made by 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2022.
 

Facility Fees

All facility fees have been included in the entry fee which include cart, range & forecaddie (River & Meadow Valleys), range & caddies (Straits & Irish), breakfast and lunch for all competitors along with a round on The Baths at Blackwolf Run (Par 3 course).

 

Format

 

1 Gross + 1 Net.  Amateurs will receive 90% of their handicap.

 

Lunch & Dinner

Lunch is included in your entry fee on 10/10 (Irish Halfway House), 10/11 (Straits Halfway House) and 10/12 (Blackwolf Run Treaty Room).  Dinner is included in your entry fee on 10/10 (Inn on Woodlake - Kohler Swing Studio).

 

Restaurants

 

The Horse & Plow:  This is the resort’s pub and grill style restaurant within The American Club.  The restaurant offers a wide selection of micro-brews and premium beers. Casual attire.

 

The Wisconsin Room:  This is the traditional hotel dining room within The American Club featuring farm to table offerings.  On Friday evenings they exclusively feature our weekly seafood buffet.  Resort upscale attire and reservations strongly recommended.

 

Immigrant Restaurant: This is our showcase, formal dining restaurant, offering a contemporary cuisine and five-course, chef’s tasting menu. Jackets are required for gentlemen and reservations are strongly suggested.

 

Taverne on Woodlake: With tasty wood-fired cuisine and a timeless philosophy to gracious hospitality, this inspired and imaginative take on comfort and cuisine is complimented by the contemporary, casual décor and quaint setting overlooking Wood Lake.

 

Blackwolf Run: This is the restaurant at the Blackwolf Run Club House.  There is a full locker room if anyone would like to freshen up prior to dinner; otherwise golf attire is completely appropriate in the dining room.  The restaurant offers a relaxed & rustic steak house atmosphere serving American cuisine of hearty traditional fare.

 

Whistling Straits Restaurant: This restaurant is located within the Club House at Whistling Straits.  There is a full locker room if anyone would like to freshen up prior to dinner; otherwise golf attire is completely appropriate in the dining room.  The restaurant offers cuisine with British Isles flair.

 

River Wildlife’s Lodge Restaurant: Private membership, hotel guests can purchase a $28 per person guest pass which is valid throughout the stay.  Imaginative, seasonal menu features hearty regional cuisine in rustic log cabin.  Dinner service is offered only on Friday & Saturday evenings. Resort casual attire and advance reservations are required for dining and activities.

 

Shuttles

 

  • The resort offers a complimentary transportation for hotel guests throughout the village of Kohler.
  • The Complimentary Shuttle Service for Whistling Straits leaves The American Club/Inn on Woodlake Every Hour-On-The-Hour and Departs from Whistling Straits Every Hour-On-The-Half-Hour.
  • Any transportation to Whistling Straits which is not handled by the hourly shuttle is subject to charges.
  • Shuttles only legally hold a maximum of 14 guests.
