Registration Information
Eligibility: Players must be active CGA members age 25 and older on or before October 7, 2022.
Entry Fee: $275.00 for exempt players into the championship. Qualifying fees will be $95.00 per player with an additional $180.00 for successful qualifiers.
Registration Opens: Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 08:00 AM
Registration Deadline: Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 05:00 PM
Field Size: Maximum of 84 players based on exemptions and successful qualifiers.
Qualifying: Players not on the EXEMPT LIST must go through a qualifying round at a course listed above.
Tournament Information
Format: 54 holes of stroke play. A 36-hole cut will be made to the low 40 players and ties.
Event Schedule:
- Friday (10/7): 8:30 a.m. off hole #1
- Saturday (10/8): 8:30 a.m. off hole #1
- Sunday (10/9): 8:30 a.m. off hole #1
Carts: Players may use a golf cart, carry their bag, or use a caddie. Golf cart fees are included in the entry fee. There will only be allowed two (2) carts per group.
- Push Carts: Personal Push Carts are NOT permitted at Lakewood Country Club.
Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at no additional charge to the player.
Caddies/Spectators: Players may bring their own caddie. Spectators are also allowed.
Mobile Scoring: Players will score on their cell phones.
Practice Round Information: Practice rounds blocks have been saved at the following times below at a rate of $115 (+$24 for cart). Please make arrangements with the golf shop for a time. (303) 233-4614

Player Food: Food will be available for purchase each day inside the restaurant.
Score Posting: The CGA will post all scores to GHIN.
