2022 U.S. Senior Open Qualifying - Hatherly CC

Practice Rounds: A practice round may be scheduled by calling the Hatherly CC Pro Shop and identifying yourself as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds available for competitors only and each player is limited to one practice round subject to Hatherly CC availability. Mass Golf and the USGA requests that each player play only one ball at each hole during the practice round. There will be a mandatory $25 cart/trail fee (CASH ONLY) for all competitors completing a practice round. 


Starting Times:  Play will begin at 8:30am off the 1st tee. When available, players can access starting times by clicking the "Starting Times" tab above. 

 

Withdrawals:  Please advise the Mass Golf office immediately by e-mailing ghowell@massgolf.org if you are unable to compete. Failure to advise the Mass Golf office may disqualify the player from future USGA competition. 

 

Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 2 Qualifying Spot(s) and 2 Alternate Spots. Qualifying players will advance to the 42nd U.S. Senior Open at Saucon Valley CC (Bethlehem, PA)
 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation: The use of automotive transportation will NOT be permitted during the player's round. Pull/push carts will be permitted.

 

Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart. Club caddies are not available through the Hatherly CC Pro Shop. 

 

Golf Ball:  The One-Ball Rule will be in effect.  See Appendix I of the Rules of Golf.

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: Compeition Tees & Yardage are approximate and subject to change. Play will be approximately from the Blue Tee yardage - 6,180 yards (Par 70). 

 

Golf Shop, Locker Room and Practice Facilities: The golf shop and driving range will be open at 7:00am. 

 

Food & Beverage: Further details regarding F&B will be provided at a later date. 

 

Dress Code:  Please observe the USGA dress code as stated in the application. 

 

*Please also review the 2022 USGA Hard Card and other policies located under the tab labled "USGA Policies" prior to competion.

 

*There will be no regsitration on the day of the event - please report to your scheduled starting hole to recieve local rules, scorecard, etc. 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
