Teams play one 18 hole round during one of the two days
*Important Note* All participants must have a player profile set up in order for the designated club contact to register them.
Eligibility:
- Registration by designated club contact only
- Four women teams who have an active GHIN® # at the same club
- Amateur golfers who have an active Mass Golf Membership with a Handicap Index® up to 54.0 (as determined by the Handicap Revision on the date of entry)
- Players with a Handicap Index of higher than 36.0 will be limited to a 36.0 Player Handicap
- Up to two teams from each club will be accepted prior to the close of entries on a first come first served basis. Third teams can be requested during registration and after entries are closed will be accommodated on a space available and first come first served basis.
Entry Procedures: Entries and fully paid entry fees must be received through the Mass Golf Online Entry process by 5:00pm EST on the published entry deadline.
Field: Entries will be on a first come, first served basis. After the field is full a waitlist will automatically start.
Format:
- 18 holes of Best Ball of four stroke play
- Teams play their own ball on each hole
- At the end of each hole the four person team writes down the best person’s gross score on that hole
- Gross and Net Divisions
Handicaps:
- All golfers will play to 75% of their Playing Handicap™. Indexes computed on August 9, 2022.
Tees: Mass Golf Red Tees.
Caddies & Automotive Transportation: Cart fee is included in entry fee. Caddies and pull carts (at the host club(s) discretion) are permitted.
Food & Beverage: Mass Golf will be providing a complimentary lunch for all competitors.

Awards: Ties honored for first place gross and net only. All other ties will be decided by matching cards in accordance with USGA® recommended method. Prize certificates to be used at host club. Tee prizes will be distributed to all participants.
Rules of Golf: The USGA® Rules of Golf, Local Rules and Terms of Competitions for Mass Golf Tournaments govern all play.
Mass Golf Policies & Procedures: Please refer to Policies & Procedures and Pace of Play Policy.
Distance-Measuring Devices: Permitted as specified in Mass Golf Championship Policies & Procedures.
Withdrawal & Refund Policy: Competitors who have submitted an entry for a Mass Golf event and wish to withdraw for any reason, MUST notify the Mass Golf office (email preferred). Entry fee will be refunded less a $20 administrative fee, regardless of reason, if Mass Golf is notified seven (7) days prior to the event. Entry fee will be refunded less 50% for any withdrawals received less than seven (7) days prior to the event. No refund will be processed for a withdrawal notification that is received on the scheduled date of an event.
