Format of Play: 2-person Scramble, flighted, Gross & Net

This is an 18-hole competition. Players must have a current* USGA Approved handicap less than 30.1. August 12th handicap will be used for the event.
*LPGA Amateurs Columbus OH Handicap Protocol applies. See Protocol and Acknowledgement on the registration form.
Prizes and Payouts:
$1,000 for each Competitive Flight.
Plus...$10,000 HOLE-IN-ONE contest, optional CA$H Skins Pot (Flighted competitive teams only), optional $2,500 Putting contest, and more....
**Prizes will be awarded in compliance with the USGA Rules for Amateur status. Prizes beyond 1st place dependent on full field participation.
This event is open to all amateur-status women, LPGA Amateur Golf Association members AND non-members.

Entry Fee: Includes golf, cart, dinner, premier welcome gift & prizes.
LPGA Amateurs COLUMBUS Chapter Member: $39, All other entrants: $79. Pairs must register together.
Additional Optional games / items (purchase during registration for both players check with your partner BEFORE you register, get her choices, and also enter her selections at this time):
- Optional Skins: $20 per team (Competitive Flighted teams only) Gross.
- Optional $2,500 Putting Contest per person: 1 putt chance - $10, 3 chances for $20
- Optional drawing - Foursome at Heritage, Kings Island Tickets (benefitting LPGA/USGA Girls Golf) per person: 1 ticket - $5, 6 tickets for $20
Last day to register: Friday, August 5th, 2022 at 12:00 noon; or when the field is full.
Cancellations / Substitutions: Permitted until the August 5th deadline, a $25 per person cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds after the registration deadline.
