Perpetual Match Series Competition (aka The PMS CUP)
It’s time to sign up for our annual match play competition against the LA Chapter. This event, called the Perpetual Match Series (aka the PMS Cup), is being held at the River Ridge Golf Club, Victoria Lakes course, in Oxnard, CA.
The PMS Cup is a match play event. A match play event is scored hole by hole using the better score of the two players in one cart versus their opponents in the other cart. The object is to win the most holes to win the match. The chapter which wins the most matches will take home the PMS Cup.
Players will be paired with someone whose course handicap is within 5 of their handicap. Players with the same tee time will ride in a cart with a member from their own chapter. Each tee time is a match. We need an even number of players and have room for 20 players per chapter. The team will be assembled based on the order players register. In other words if LA has an 18 player team, then we must have an 18 player team, so the 19th and 20th players who sign up can’t compete, but can join the day for a fun play round.

- Tee Times start at 10:00am
- $116 (includes green fees, cart, range balls and an awards lunch after golf)
Lunch includes a deli sandwich and salad buffet, iced tea and water. Other beverages are available for purchase. Gluten free and vegan meal options are available, please select during registration

- Trophy Presentation to the winning chapter
- Registration open until August 12 at 5pm
This is a friendly competition and can be lots of fun. Players of all golf levels are encouraged to sign up. It’s a great opportunity to give tournament play a try.
