  1. Superintendent Course Update – Michael Moore/Dan Liggett
    • Chisholm and Cimarron have been 100% treated with post and pre-emergent herbicides – Saddleback is due to be completed this week
    • Clubhouse area, driving range and par 3 tee boxes were all overseeded this week
    • Granular goose and crab grass herbicide will be applied this fall and goose grass will be again treated in March and April to ensure it is controlled
    • Greens on #19 and 23 were sodded in certain areas to replace those affected by summer stress
    • Intake pipe for water from the small lake on #9 (by the bridge) is in bad condition and is nearly caved in due to pressure build up from trash coming into and clogging the pipe. This requires replacement at an expensive cost. An estimate is being worked up to provide Club Corp for potential disposition in early winter.
    • Winter project will be to trim the canopies on trees
    • Greens will be aerified one more time prior to winter

      2. Discussed upcoming Up and Back 11/9 > Format birdie move back a tee, par stay on tee, bogey move forward
      3. Discussed “The Tradition” Member Guest 10/9-10/12.    
        • 120 participants
        • Course was in outstanding condition
        • Food and beverage were plentiful and outstanding
        • Staff was well prepared and did a fantastic job

      1. Discussed upcoming RLGA Net Championship Tournament 10/19-10/20
      2. Discussed Ladder Tournament 11/1
      3. Discussed Year end Party 11/7

    • Board of Governors Meeting notes – Bob Karlowicz
      1. Discussed Charity Classic
        • Raised $80K for charity
        • Charity Classic next year is scheduled for 9/20/2020
      2. Lobster Boil is scheduled at the Ranch 11/16
      3. Discussed Dye Updates/Improvements
        • Elimination of odor at clubhouse project is about 3 weeks away from completion
        • Club Corp has approved using the name “Pete’s” for dining area
        • Tennis pergola is complete
        • Membership has added 301 new members and had resign 276 members
        • Excellent turnout of 120 people from Stonebridge Ranch HOA new member association on 10/17 for membership social
        • Discussed Board openings and talked about application process and timing

      1. Staff is  100% full and solid
      2. Discussed new tee time policy
