Each week our Games open for sign ups SIX days prior to game day at 10AM. Email invitations go out at that time. You can also view the games on the Calendar. Select more info to view the formats. Sign Ups are done through the Golf Genius Member Portal. The game is set up one of two ways listed below;  EITHER by Requested Tee Times or Individual Round signups:  Sign on to Golf Genius App, select the Member Portal, Game Signups.  

 

1. Requested Tee times: Select the Round, select an open time. (Blue SELECT link) READ THE POP UP MENU THAT STATES HOW MANY PLAYERS YOU CAN SIGN UP. Only ONE player should sign a team up. (You have 15 minutes, so take your time) If desired, select register another golfer, select your choice from the drop down list. If you cannot select the player, then he is already signed up. AFTER your selection, slide the screen up and select DONE. You may also change the time to another open time, or cancel your Requested tee time (Registration).IF YOU SIGN UP THE WRONG PLAYER, Select cancel registration, select that player from the tee sheet, then confirm on the pop up menu. Please contact the golf shop if you have trouble.

 

2. NO Requested Tee Times  set up: Look for A ROUND SIGNUP LINK on the Game Signup Page AFTER signups open. Select Playing. You will receive an email that you are playing. If you need to cancel, You may also select Cancel Signup from there.

Check the tee sheet Friday Evening for final tee times. DO NOT REFER TO ForeTees! GG Only for MGA Tee Times.

ALL POSTABLE SCORES ARE POSTED BY THE PRO SHOP.

 

WAITLIST CRITERIA: The only time there is a waitlist is when a game is setup without requested  Tee Times. The program will automatically start a waitlist when the event is full. Players will be promoted from the waitlist to playing in the order they signed up when another player cancels.  

 

WHEN REQUESTED TEE TIMES ARE SET UP, THERE IS NO WAITLIST: Check the tee sheet for openings for players who may cancel. Cancellations will open a spot up for another player to sign up.
