DIVISIONS:
- Championship - scratch prizes only - Must be 15 or older by November 18, 2023. Maximum H.I. of 3.5 is necessary to be eligible to compete in this division.
- Net - net prizes only - Must be 15 or older by November 18, 2023.
HANDICAPS: For divisions where Net prizes are awarded, the maximum allowable playing handicap a player can receive is 18. The tournament committee will use each player's 3-month low handicap index when determining playing handicaps.
ELIGIBILITY: This is an SNGA Major. In order to play in this event you MUST be a member of the SNGA.

ENTRY FEE: $235 $275 for Late Entry Fee
Includes green fees, cart, range balls, prize fund, and player's travel fund.
FIELD SIZE: 76 Players - Once we reach our maximum field size, a waiting list will start.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 13, 2023 @ 5:00 pm.
FINAL POINTS EVENT FOR 2023: Important reminder to all players. Per the new SNGA Player of the Year points policy, this is the FINAL tournament to earn points for the Championship and Net Player of the Year Awards.

PROJECTED YARDAGES: Please note that hole yardages are subject to change based on course, weather, and the committee's discretion.
PRACTICE ROUND INFO: Practice rounds can be booked by contacting the pro shop. Regular course rates for the day and time you wish to play will apply.
CADDIES: Caddies are not permitted for this event.
SPECTATORS: Spectators are permitted. Spectators must walk. No exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be done online by the player. If a registered player needs to cancel, they will navigate to the registration page of the event they need to cancel from and choose the option to cancel their registration. This is the only way to cancel a registration. An email or voicemail to the SNGA office or staff will NOT constitute a proper cancellation and can affect a player's refund.
- NOTE: The above policy is for players cancelling prior to the registration deadline. Players cancelling after the registration deadline must still contact the SNGA to do so.
REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $15 administrative fee. If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 72 hours prior to the competition, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee. No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 72 hours prior to the competition.
