PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below one week prior to the competition. Please call Sea Palms to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on July 21st. Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Credit cards will be accepted.

YARDAGES & TEES There will be two seperate tees/yardages for this event. Yardages are posted under the PLAYER INFORMATION section of the portal.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop will open at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the competition.
Due to a bad storm at Sea Palms, the driving range was damaged and will not be available for use during practice rounds and the tournament. Limited hitting nets are available to be used for quick warm-ups/no extended warm-up sessions prior to your round. It is recommended players use the practice facilities at The King & Prince GC (7.7 miles from Sea Palms), located at 100 Tabbystone, St. Simons Island, GA 31522. A full player list will be provided to The King &Prince GC and balls will be provided complimentary to players on the field list for tournament days.

STARTING TIMES Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times.

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Players are asked to arrive to their starting hole 10 minutes before their tee time. Player withdraws must be called in or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted.
|
|
CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $50 plus tax. Credit cards will be accepted. Tournament round cart and range fees are included in the championship fee.

|

FOOD SERVICE Food service will be available throughout the day beginning 7:00 a.m. |

PRIZES Gift certificates will be awarded to the low 20% of players in each flight. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email.
