OUTING INFORMATION
The Santaluz Club

STARTING TIMES & PAIRINGS:
- Starting times and pairings will be e-mailed to players and posted on scga.org approximately one week in advance of the Outing.
- Tee time start beginning at 8 a.m. till approximately 12:10 p.m., with 10-minute intervals.
- Play the set of tee markers that best fits your game and enhances your enjoyment of the day.
DRIVING RANGE:
- The driving range will be available by 7:30 a.m. through the last tee time on the day of the Outing.
- Players should arrive on site prior to their starting time and allow time for driving range usage.
FOOD SERVICE & PURCHASES:
- Grill will be open at 7:30 a.m. and available for F&B purchases throughout the day, for to-go orders only, until approximately 3 p.m., located near the Clubhouse.
- All water stations will be open. Near the clubhouse, and on the course.
- Major credit cards will be accepted for all F&B purchases.
AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:
- Golf carts are included with the entry fee.
- There will be a maximum of two carts per group and two bags per cart.
- Drivers must be at least 18 years of age (or older if club policy dictates).
PACE OF PLAY:
The Santaluz Club has requested players to be mindful of a 4-hour and 15-minute round.
DRESS CODE:
Appropriate golf attire must be worn, including adhering to any club-specific policies.
CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS:
- To withdraw for any reason prior to the start of a SCGA Member Outing, a player must notify the SCGA Championships & Golf Operations Department at champs@scga.org or by calling (818) 980-3630.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancelation prior to the entry closing date: Full less a $20 administrative fee.
- Cancelation after the entry closing date and more than 48 hours prior to the outing: 50% of the entry fee.
- Cancelation within 48 hours of the outing: No refund.
