OUTING INFORMATION 

Pelican Hill Golf Club (South Course)

ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION: 

  • Registration will be located outside the clubhouse on the Golf Pavilion. 
  • The golf shop will be open beginning at 6:30 a.m. for purchases with major credit cards.  
  • Restrooms will be available at the clubhouse and on the course. 

  

STARTING TIMES & PAIRINGS:   

  • Starting times and pairings will be e-mailed to players and posted on scga.org approximately one week in advance of the Outing.  
  • Tee time start beginning at 7 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. 
  • In early June seasonal greens and course maintenance was completed. However, we do anticipate another exceptional experience on the North Course of Pelican Hill Resort.
  • Play the set of tee markers that best fits your game and enhances your enjoyment of the day. 

  

DRIVING RANGE: 

  • The driving range will be available by 6:30 a.m. on the day of the Outing.   
  • Players should arrive on site prior to their starting time and allow time for driving range usage. 

  

FOOD SERVICE & PURCHASES: 

  • Caffé II will be open from 7 a.m. for all F&B purchases. 
  • Pelican Grill & Bar will be open 12 – 3:30 p.m. for lunch and 5 – 8:30 p.m. for dinner.
    • All major credit cards and cash will be the method of payment accepted at these locations.  

    

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION:  

  • Golf carts are included with the entry fee.  
  • There will be a maximum of two carts per group and two bags per cart.  
  • Drivers must be at least 18 years of age (or older if club policy dictates).  

  

PACE OF PLAY: 

Pelican Hill has requested players to be mindful of a 4-hour and 15-minute round. 

  

DRESS CODE: 

Appropriate golf attire must be worn, including adhering to any club-specific policies. 

  

CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS: 

  • To withdraw for any reason prior to the start of a SCGA Member Outing, a player must notify the SCGA Championships & Golf Operations Department at champs@scga.org or by calling (818) 980-3630. 
  • Refund Policy:  
  • Cancelation prior to the entry closing date: Full less a $20 administrative fee.  
  • Cancelation after the entry closing date and more than 48 hours prior to the outing: 50% of the entry fee. 
  • Cancelation within 48 hours of the outing: No refund.
