Registration Fee

 

Player Registration Fee:  $495.00 per player

 

Registration Fee Includes:

  • Two 18-hole tournament rounds with cart and range balls (Friday & Saturday)

Tournament Information

 

Field Size:  120

 

Tournament Format:

  • 36 holes of two different stroke play formats
  • Both rounds will be 8:00AM Shotguns
  • Flights will be determined after the handicap revision date (June 9)
  • No Caddies for this event!
  • Friday Round: Two-person Fourball (85% of Handicap Index)
  • Saturday Round: Two-person Scramble (35% + 15% of Handicap Index)

 

Awards:

  • The Team Championship winners will be the overall Low Net team of the field. An award will be given for overall Low Gross of the field. Awards will also be given for Low Net and Low Gross within each flight.

 

        Flights:

  • Flights are determined by a combined Team Handicap Index Total (ex: Player A - HI:11.5 and Player B - HI: 21.3 = Team Handicap Index: 32.8)
  • Flight 1 - 20.0-35.9
  • Flight 2 - 36.0-44.9
  • Flight 3 - 45.0-51.9
  • Flight 4 - 52.0-79.9

 


 

Practice Rounds Information

 

To reserve a tee time, please call the course at (904) 940-6088 and identify yourself as a participant in the LPGA Amateurs Team Championship. Players should mention they are with LPGA Amateurs and the rate for the Slammer and Squire course will be $55.00 + tax for rounds booked Monday - Thursday of the tournament for any rounds AFTER Noon. For any morning rounds, the rate will be the best going rate as seen online.

 

Due to course maintenance on the King and Bear course, I would recommend reserving your practice rounds sooner than later for any rounds during the week of the tournament.

 

 


 

Important Dates

 

Registration Opens: March 15, 2023 at 1:00 PM EDT

 

Registration Deadline: March 21, 2023 at 11:59 PM EDT

 

Lottery Date / Reopen Registration if needed: March 22, 2023 

 

Final Registration Deadline: May 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM EDT

 

Handicap Revision Date: June 9, 2023 (Flights will be published after the Handicap Revision Date)

 

 


 

Registration Process

 

  • 1.  Registration 

         a.  Phase 1.  Registration will be open for 6 days.  If an event has more players registered than we can accommodate, we will conduct a lottery to see who gets in.  

         b.  Phase 2.  Registration will re-open for events that are not at full capacity.  This second phase of registration will be First Come-First Serve.  If an event reaches maximum capacity before the registration deadline, registration for that event will be turned off.

     

    2.  Individual registration.

         a.  Every player must register themselves.  There will NOT be an opportunity to register other players.

         b.  All players will go into a "Pending Registration" status.  Credit card authorizations will be approved but cards will not be charged until a player goes into the Confirmed Roster.

         

    3.  Players moving to the Confirmed Roster.

         a.  Once you are registered, you  will be manually moved to a "Waitlist". 

         b.  After conducting a lottery, if necessary, players will be moved into the Confirmed Roster and credit cards will be charged.

         c.  In Phase 2, when a player registers, it will be on a First Come-First Serve basis until the field is full or the final registration deadline has been reached.

 

 

 


Refund/Cancelation Policy

 

Once you've been charged and moved to the confirmed roster, refunds can be requested for cancelations made prior to the final registration deadline (May 1, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST). Credit Cards will be charged on March 22. A 4% fee will be retained by the Association to cover credit card processing fees.  Cancelations made after the final registration deadline will not be refunded.
