FIELD SIZE

The low 48 teams determined by combined handicap index will comprise the field.  There is no stroke differential limit between partners for this Championship.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Entries are open to two-person teams of female amateur golfers. The field of 48 teams will play 36 holes of four-ball stroke play. Both team members must be active members of the GSGA.  By registering for this competition you agree to all of GSGA's policies and procedures that can be accessed using the following link: GSGA Policies & Procedures

FORMAT

36 holes of flighted, Four-Ball stroke play in a Championship division only. 

PRACTICE ROUND

One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below two weeks prior to the competition. Please call Echelon Golf Club to reserve your practice round starting time after you have received your acceptance confirmation on June 1.  Practice round cart and range fee is $50 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

  • Monday - Thursday, anytime based on availability.
  • Friday-Sunday, anytime after 1 p.m. based on availability.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition.

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE

The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition.

STARTING TIMES

Starting times for tournament play will be assigned by the GSGA and posted at the club the day before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times beginning on June 6. 

REGISTRATION

No formal registration will be held on site. Player/team withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted.

CARTS

Practice carts and range fees are $50 plus tax. Tournament player fees are included in the entry fee. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY

FOOD SERVICE

Food service will be available in the clubhouse. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

PRIZES

Gift certificates will be awarded to a number of teams to be determined by final field size.

ACCOMMODATIONS

REFUND POLICY

A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling the GSGA Rules and Competitions Department at (770) 955-4272 or (800) 949-4742 or via email.
