ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: The Championship is open to male amateur golfers.
- Membership: Players must be a member of the MGA.
- Age: 50 +
- USGA Handicap Index: Players must have an up-to-date USGA Handicap Index.
- Must Live in a state that is contiguous with the state Missouri.
ENTRY INFORMATION
- Entries: Player must register online prior to the established deadline.
- Fee: This championship entry fee $400 per team.
- ENTRY FEE INCLUDES
Championship Rounds, Range Balls, and Cart Fees for the championship rounds.
Cart fees for the practice round is not included. - Deadline: Entries must be received prior to the deadline 5 PM May 17, 2023
- Refund Policy: A portion of the entry fee will be refunded regardless of reason if the MGA is notified 573-636-8994 or via email: Prior to Deadline: Entry fee less $30. After the Deadline: No Refund.

DIVISIONS
Championship 6500 yards
Championship both players 65+ 6000 yards
Verified handicaps
Net both players 50-59 6000 yards
Net both players 60-69 5800-6000 yards
Net both players 70+ 5600-5800 yards
Players Handicaps will be certified 7 days prior to the first day of the tournament 85% of Handicap allowance
This event is a MGA Point Event for Championship division
CADDIES
Caddies are not allowed in this event
GOLF CARTS
The use of a motorized golf cart (push carts are approved without restriction) for this championship
