PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below prior to the competition. Please call The Fields Golf Club, to reserve your practice round. Practice round cart and range fee is $40 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times will be assigned by the GSGA and posted to the event portal before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times. |

REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $40 inclusive. Cash and credit cards will be accepted in the golf shop. |

CADDIES Caddies are NOT permitted. Players must walk and carry their own bag. Push carts are allowed. |

RULES OF PLAY/PACE OF PLAY/CART POLICY The GSGA Rules of Play, Pace of Play and Cart Policies shall be in effect. Click here to view policies. |

FOOD SERVICE Boxed lunches will be provided for players on Sunday, July 9 and will be available for purchase for everyone on Monday, July 10 and Tuesday, July 11. Also, drinks/snacks will be available in the Golf Shop. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling Josh Stanley at (678) 324-5975 or via email at Jstanley@gsga.org. |
