AGES/ELIGIBILITY Entries are open to female amateur golfers. A competitor must not be 19 as of July 9. |

ENTRY FEE $100 ($50 match play fee for players who advance through the stroke play round.) |

FORMAT
The field will be split into 2 pods of 3 players each. Each player will be playing a Three-Ball Match (2 matches played simultaneously against the other two players in their pod) over the first two days of competition. Scoring will be a Nassau format (front 9, back 9, and overall points) for a possible total of 3 points in each of the two matches being played.
Sunday, July 9th: Three-Ball Match Play (two simultaneous 18-hole matches) played within your pod utilizing Nassau scoring.
Monday, July 10th: Three-Ball Match Play (two simultaneous 18-hole matches) played within your pod utilizing Nassau scoring.
There will be a total of 12 total available points (front nine, back nine and overall points for each match) over the two days in pod play.
The player from each pod with the most points after day two will advance to the Championship Match.
Tuesday, July 11th: 18-hole Championship Match to decide the 2023 Junior Girls Match Play Champion (traditional match play).

PRACTICE ROUND One practice round per player. Practice rounds will be available on the designated times below prior to the competition. Please call The Fields Golf Club to reserve your practice round. Practice round cart and range fee is $40 plus tax. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

A combination of tee markers and yardages will be utilized for the championship. A practice yardage sheet will be available after the close of entries on the event portal page. Practice yardage sheets will also be available at the club. Yardages are approximate and may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other factors that may affect the playing conditions during the competition. |

GOLF SHOP & DRIVING RANGE The golf shop and driving range will open at 7:00 a.m. each day of competition. |
|
STARTING TIMES Starting times will be assigned by the GSGA and posted on the event portal before the competition starts. You may visit www.gsga.org for complete pairing information and starting times. |
|
REGISTRATION No formal registration will be held on site. Player withdraws must be called or e-mailed to the GSGA office so that an alternate may be contacted. CARTS Practice round cart and range fees are $40 inclusive. Cash and credit cards will be accepted in the golf shop. |

CADDIES Caddies are NOT permitted. Players must walk and carry their own bag. Push carts are allowed. |

FOOD SERVICE Boxed lunches will be provided for players on Sunday, July 9 and will be available for purchase for everyone on Monday, July 10 and Tuesday, July 11. Also, drinks/snacks will be available in the Golf Shop. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. |

REFUND POLICY A $30 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling Josh Stanley at (678) 324-5975 or via email at Jstanley@gsga.org. |
