WEATHER SHORTENED EVENTS

When weather causes a round to be shortened, the GSGA will do what is fair to determine who wins prizes.  Entry fees will generally not be refunded, but if only a few holes are played, we will work with the club to get the players a rain check or another option.  The GSGA will do everything possible to complete the round that day.  Please note that conditions may dictate that players be able to play cart paths only for an event.

WITHDRAW POLICY

A $10 service charge will be retained by the GSGA on all refunds granted prior to the close of entries. Entry fees will not be refunded after entries close unless there is a waiting list, and your spot can be filled. Withdraws after the close of entries must be made by calling Ainsley Cowart at (678) 324-5973 or via email at ACOWART@GSGA.ORG.
