Overview
The Full Day Advanced Course includes presentations on each Rule and an overview of tournament administration roles/best practices.
Who Should Attend
This seminar is highly recommended for Rules Officials, PGA members, golf coaches, and anyone interested in advancing their understanding of the Rules of Golf and tournament administration.
What is the Cost
The fee to attend this seminar is $60 (Public, PGA Members) which includes a copy of the 2023 Rules of Golf and Officials Guide, refreshments, lunch, and (optional) the USGA's 80-Question Rules of Golf Exam.

USGA's 80-Question Rules of Golf Exam
The NYSGA will be proctoring the USGA's 80-Question Rules of Golf exam on Saturday, April 15 at Transit Valley CC (8:00am - 12:00 pm). Individuals can attain "Advanced" USGA Rules Certification by earning a 70 (or higher) out of 80 on this exam.
Those interested must register by completing the Registration Form. If you have any questions, please submit them via email to rules@nysga.org.

Rules of Golf Resources
The NYSGA is providing complimentary copies of the Rules of Golf and The Officials Guide to the Rules of Golf to each attendee. The USGA encourages golfers to download the Official Rules of Golf Mobile app.
Dress Code
The dress code is country club casual (appropriate golf attire is acceptable).
