Tournament Date: Monday, May 15

 

Registration Window: March 15 - May 7

 

Entry Fee: $400 per team. Players have the option to split payment between teammates at registration.

 

Field Size: 30 teams (120 players) 

NOTE: Tournament is filled on a first come, first served basis using the registration date and time. If a tournament is oversubscribed, a wait list will be maintained in case of cancellation

 

Estimated Yardage: One set of tees will be used for this tournament. Range: 5,200 – 5,500.

 

Format: Team Stableford  Four competitors play as a team, each playing their own ball. On each hole the three highest individual stableford scores out of the four players are combined for the team’s hole score. Teams are pre-flighted according to combined Playing Handicap with approximately 8 teams per flight. An overall team champion will also be crowned; the team who completes the round with the most stableford points.  

 

Handicap Index Details: 36.0 maximum.

Note: All players will compete at 95% of course handicap.

 

Stableford Scoring: The number of points awarded to a player on each hole is determined by comparing the number of strokes taken on a hole to a fixed target score which is Net Par or 2 points. See scoring table below.

Starting Time: Shotgun start at 9:30am. 

 

Cart/Caddies: Carts are mandatory, included in entry. Two carts per team. Caddies are not allowed. 

 

Prizes: Merchandise gift certificates are awarded for the top team finishes within each flight. Ties for all payout finishers, including overall team champion, will be determined by USGA matching scorecards method (last nine = holes 10-18). 

 

Practice Round Information: Tee times are subject to availability. Can be made 5 days in advance by emailing Kyle Heyen at kheyen@hiwan.com. Price: $75 including cart and range.
