Registration Information

Eligibility: Open to all active CGA Members with a handicap index of 9.0 or lower (per player). *Prior year's champions are guaranteed entry into the field* 

 

Field Size: Maximum of 104 teams.


Entry Fee: $500.00 per team. Players have the option to split payment between teammates at registration.
 

Registration Re-Opens: Thursday, March 30, 2023 at 08:00 AM

 

Registration Deadline: Friday, April 28, 2023 at 05:00 PM

 

 

Tournament Information

Format: 54 holes of Four-Ball stroke play. The field will be cut to the low 45 teams and ties after 36 holes.

 

Starting Times: 

Friday May 5: 

  • 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Legacy Ridge
  • 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Todd Creek

Saturday May 6:

  • 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Legacy Ridge
  • 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Todd Creek

Sunday May 7

  • 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. tee times off holes #1 and #10 at Legacy Ridge

 

Round 1 & 2 tee times will be posted by Monday, May 1.

 

Carts: Carts are included in the entry fee for all players for each day. Carts will be multi-rider. Players may also choose to walk, use a push cart and/or caddie.

 

Caddies: Players may bring their own caddie. Reminder: Carts are limited to 2 per group!

 

Spectators: Spectators may walk the course provided they keep a respectful distance from players.

Practice Facilities: The driving range will be made available at 7:45 a.m. each morning at no additional charge to the player.

 

Practice Round Information: 

  • Legacy Ridge: Green fees are available at the course rate and may be made 14 days in advance. Please book times online or through the Westy app.
  • Todd Creek: Book through website or call golf shop to set up time.

 

Player Food: Food will be available for purchase each day beginning at 8:00 a.m. at the responsibility of the player.
