54 Holes – Stroke Play Scratch
Tees:
Championship Division: WHITE tee markers with CWC Sign.
Senior Division: RED tee markers
Awards:
Low Gross Championship Division – California Women’s Champion
Low Gross Senior Division (age 50 and up) - California Women's Senior Champion
Other awards within each division
Players can earn World Amateur Golf Ranking points and NCGA and SCGA player points
Tee times:
Tee times will begin each day at 7:30AM, starting on Hole number 1 and Hole 10. Tee times and groupings will be posted on the Tournament Portal by Saturday, August 5, 2023 for Round 1. Please be at your assigned tee 10 minutes prior to your starting time.

Paperwork will be available to players ONLINE linked below on or before August 5th.
Practice Rounds:
Practice rounds are available for $85 on Sunday and Monday 8/6-7 and Friday 8/11.

Carts:
Shared cart fees are included with your entry fee, but players may walk. Pull carts permitted. The golf cart liability form must be submitted if you will be driving a cart. NOTE: It is the policy of Ojai Valley Golf Course that you must be 18, with a valid driver’s license, to drive a cart. Caddies:
Caddies are permitted but must walk.
Spectators:
Spectator carts are prohibited. Please walk on cart paths or in the rough, not on the fairway. Exception: Carts for medical conditions must be requested with proper documentation prior to the championship by contacting

Complimentary range balls prior to round. Discounted ranged balls after the round.
Cancellations and No Shows:

Hotel Fees:
Porterage Fee: $10 per person per stay
Housekeeping Gratuity: $4 per day
Rules of Play
The Rules of Golf as approved by the USGA and The R & A Limited govern play and are supplemented by the CWC Hard Card. Prior to the first day of the event, you must make yourself familiar with these guidelines and the Pace of Play Policy. It is the players responsibility to know the rules and the terms of the competition.
Scoring and Scorecard Procedures
Players are expected to arrive at their first tee with the latest version of the USGA Tournament Management or GolfGenius app. The group GGID is available on the scorecard, emailed or texted, and will be given to you on the first tee by the starter. When logging in, you MUST login using the provided group GGID.
DO NOT POST YOUR SCORES TO GHIN. Your scores will be posted for you.
