Coastal members have a unique opportunity to learn about and try components of Kessler Rehab’s Golf Performance Program:

• their 3D K-Vest Technology for golf swing sequencing and improvements,
• a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) holistic golf improvement program,
• pre-golf warm up exercises; and
• learn about Kessler's individual balance, core stabilization and cardiovascular endurance programs to keep you fit throughout the golf season.

 

Tee2Green will provide an opportunity for members to try:

• 1 on 1 with their coaches/instructors,
• their putting simulator lab and
• the trackman simulators providing detailed data on your golf swings (speed of swing, point of club impact, efficiency of swing, etc.).

 

 

 

Registration fee:

Members - $20.00
