Overview
The 3-Hour Refresher Course on the Rules of Golf is open to the public and designed to benefit all golfers, from the novice to tournament player. This seminar focuses on the changes in the 2023 Rules and the most common Rules situations in golf.
The USGA certified presenters will be available to answer all your Rules related questions!

Rules of Golf Resources
The NYSGA is not offering free Rules of Golf books. The USGA strongly encourages golfers to download the Official Rules of Golf Mobile app. If you'd like to order a physical copy of the Rules of Golf or The Official's Guide to the Rules of Golf, visit the USGA Publications website.
Dress Code
The dress code is country club casual (appropriate golf attire is acceptable).
