The Carolinas Women's Mid-Amateur Championship is BRAND NEW in 2023. The championship determines the women's mid-amateur champion of the Carolinas. The championship is conducted at 36 holes of stroke play. Players are pre-flighted based on Handicap Index® and the competition includes gross scores only. Prizes are given for top finishers in each flight. Entry is open to any female amateur golfer who has reached her 22nd birthday by October 25, 2023, is not enrolled as an undergraduate in a college/university, maintains a residence in North Carolina or South Carolinas, is a member in good standing of a club which is a member of the Carolinas Golf Association and has an active GHIN® USGA Handicap Index®.
