Andrew 'Beef' Johnston has started a golf club. And you are in it, because you listen. Unless you’ve just found this website by mistake -  in which case, the warmest of welcomes, and would you like a complementary beverage as you relax in the clubhouse?

 

Anyway, for the first time ever, this golf club will meet in real life. In physical form, on a real golf course - fairways, bunkers, the sweetest of pristine greens. Basically a golf course. You get it.

 

So. This is it. Welcome to…. Beef Stock! 

(aka The Moo-S Open)

 

We’ve paid the green fees, the various staffing costs you need to host a golf festival, and for bacon sandwiches and the BBQ. We’re also buying a Shank Gong TM, but we hope we never have to use it. We’ll add a lot more over the next few months too, not least because Beef has been tasked with getting as much free stuff as possible to give away on the day. 

 

When you arrive there’ll be a masterclass waiting for you - top tips from Beef himself! He knows the course better than anyone, so you and your fellow members will get the inside track on how to shoot as low a score as possible. He’ll then be waiting for you during your round, with coffee, tea or beer in hand. Ready to encourage, congratulate or console, depending on how your last few shots have gone.

It could be one of the greatest days of our lives. It could be an annual event that takes over the sporting world, but there will only ever be one first time. One maiden Beef Stock.

 

There will be golf, there will be laughs, there will be prizes and there will be a mirror on the first tee so you can have a look in it mate. That’s all we ask. 

 

The cost to attend this day is £150pp, which includes a ticket to the full golf day, BBQ, and Q+A. You can enter up to a team of 4 and if you wish to play together please enter under the same registration. 

 

Beef’s Golf Club is open to everyone, even if you don’t actually play golf! So if you fancy coming along for just the food, the Live Q&A and the general Beef Stock ‘vibes’, you can now get yourself a BBQ only ticket! You’ll still be able to take part in the fun of the day without having to swing a club. You can meet other BGC members, get involved in the heckling during the chipper vs wedge competition, and meet Beef and John in person... however you will still be required to have a look in the mirror, mate.
