Refund & Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:
NO REFUNDS. All cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to tee off time will be issued a Return VIP Voucher.
Rain does not cancel this event and any rain checks/vouchers/reschedule is at the full discretion of Cowboys Golf Club.
Nine completed holes will constitute a full golf tournament in the event that there is inclement weather restricting play.
No Show or Short Show participants forfeit their entry fee and will not be provided with any rain check or voucher.
Your registration for this event is confirmation of your agreement to the refund and cancellation policy. No verbal agreements or conversations shall supersede this policy.
