VAN OPEN PRACTICE ROUND OPPORTUNITIES

Please see below the outline of policies and procedures around available practice times for the Vancouver Open from August 11-17th.   A block of tee-times from on these dates from approx. 2:30-3:00pm have been reserved for 2023 Vancouver Open competitors to book into and receive a reduced practice round rate. 

 

Tee-times are on a first-come-first booked basis.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to golf course policies, no caddies or spectators are allowed to walk along during practice rounds. 

 

PGA OF BC PROFESSIONALS (in good standing)

PGA of BC Professional in good standing registered for the 2023 Vancouver Open are being offered an industry rate of $25+tx during the time slots noted below. 

 

AMATEURS & ALL OTHER PROFESSIONALS

All Amateurs registered for the 2023 Vancouver Open are being offered the posted twilight rate at all three Vancouver City Golf Courses (Langara, Fraserview & McCleery) for the practice time slots noted below. 

ALL NON-PGA of BC Professionals registered for the 2023 Vancouver Open, including PGA TOUR CANADA, VGT Pros & uncarded Pros are being offered the posted twilight rates at the 3 courses during the time slots noted below:

 

PRACTICE ROUND RATES:

Langara Golf Course: $45.75+tx. 

PRO-SHOP:  604 713 1816

McCleery Golf Course: $49.25+tx.     

PRO-SHOP: 604 257 8191

Fraserview Golf Course: $53+tx.       

PRO-SHOP: 604 257 6923

 

PRACTICE ROUND TIMESLOTS: 

 

Langara, McCleery & Fraserview:

August 11th: 2:33-3:00pm (4 times each course)

August 12th: 2:33-3:00pm (4 times each course)

August 13th: 2:33-3:00pm (4 times each course)

August 14/15/17th: 2:36-3:03pm (4 times each day per course)

 

Langara & McCleery only:

August 16th: 2:18-2:45pm (4 times at each course).

(Fraserview is closed for Van Open Charity Pro-Am on Aug.16th)

 

These tee-times are available on a first-come-first-booked availability. 

To book a practice round time, please call the corresponding Pro-Shop # above and inform them you are booking a practice round for the Vancouver Open. 

The golf shop staff will search for your name on the Van Open confirmed player’s list on golf genius to ensure you are registered for the tournament. 

If you have not registered for the Vancouver Open on golf genius, you will not be able to book into these time slots for these reduced green fee rates. 

If a player books a tee-time online into Sunset times, the sunset rate will apply.
