REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration Opens: May 31, 2023 at 12:00 a.m.
Registration Entry Deadline: October 20, 2023 at 11:00 p.m.
Refunds for Withdrawing prior to the Entry Deadline
- Withdrawals made prior to the entry deadline will receive a 75% refund of entry fee.
- Withdrawals made by TPA members prior to the entry deadline will receive 100% refund of entry fee.
Refunds for Withdrawing after the Entry Deadline

Withdrawals made after the entry deadline but more than three days prior to the event will receive 50% refund of entry fee.

No refunds will be given for a withdrawal three days prior to the first day of the event.

AGA Tournament staff may review refunds on a case-by-case basis.
ENTRY FEE
$250 USD per person, for AGA Members and Guests Includes:
2 Rounds of Golf
Free Beer and Lunch Saturday
Awards Lunch Sunday
FORMAT
36-holes of stoke play. Four-Person Shamble
All players will play from the teeing ground and select the best drive of the team. Each player will then put a ball into play within a club length of that spot (not nearer the hole) and complete play of the hole with his/her own ball.
Gross Team Contest:
The best two gross scores for the hole will count for the gross team score.
Net Team Contest:
The best two net scores for the hole will count for the gross team score.
Proximities:
Proximity and Hole-in-One prizes on par 3’s.
ACCOMODATIONS
**Hotel Rooms are not included in entry fee**
Participants may reserve a room at the Mayan Palace if desired.
We highly recommend making reservations as soon as you register
for the event to ensure availability.
The following room types are available:
Master Room $126 USD - Two queen beds, per night
Suite $139 USD - 1 King bed, per night
