Entry Details

  • Fee: $100 per player
  • Entries Close: August 9th at 12:00pm (noon)

 

Terms of the Competition

Click here to read the complete rules/conditions for the NYSGA Amateur Series - a few important notes are repeated below:

  • Format is 18 holes, individual stroke play
  • Prizes for gross and net (90% Course Handicap)
  • Multiple wins result in Handicap reduction
  • Caddies and spectators are not permitted
  • Max score of 9 (gross) - pick up rule
  • Unclaimed prizes are left with the pro shop
  • NYSGA Code of Conduct is in effect
  • "Slow Play leads to No Play"
  • Players call-in Rules questions/report slow play

 

Field Size

Limited to 80. The waitlist - based on order of entry - is capped at 25; historically most players on waitlist get into field due to withdrawals.

  • Senior Men (0-10.9).............White Tees
  • Senior Men (11+)..................Red Tees
  • Super Sr Men(0-13.9) ..........Red Tees
  • Super Sr Men (14+)...............Red Tees
  • Women..................................Red Tees

  • White (Men): 6,079 Yards // Par 72 // 69.6 CR // 128 Slope
  • Red (Men): 5,554 Yards // Par 72 // 67.3 CR // 125 Slope
  • Red (Women): 5,554 Yards // Par 73 // 72.7 CR // 126 Slope

Refund Policy

Players can withdraw with refund via the event website (see confirmation email message) or via email - amseries@nysga.org.

  • Before Entry Deadline: $20 service fee
  • After Deadline to 24hrs Before Event Start: $50 service fee
  • Withdraw with 24hrs of Event Start: No Refund
