CGA Member Play Day - Aspen Glen Club

 

 

Member Play Days are non-competitive one-day events at top courses across the state. Member Play Days are open to both CGA Members and Non-Members.

 

All CGA members must create a Golf Genius Player Profile in order to register for this event. If you are adding a CGA member as a guest, they must have a Player Profile established to be registered. Non-members do not need a profile prior to registration.

Host Facility: Aspen Glen Club

Eligibility: Open to all CGA Members and Non-Members. 

 

Entry Fee: $200.00 for CGA Members. $250.00 for Non-Members. Non-Members will receive a complimentary GHIN number and CGA membership for one year.

 

Registration Window: July 20 - September 15

 

Field Size: Maximum of 120 players

 

Format: No format, just fun!

 

Start Time: 1:30 p.m. MST - Shotgun Start

 

Carts: Golf cart fees are included in the entry fee. There will only be allowed two (2) carts per group.

 

Driving Range: The practice facilities will be available at 12:00 p.m. at no additional charge to the player.

 

Distance Measuring Devices: Players may use distance measuring devices provided they measure distance only.

 

Player Food: Lunch is included in the entry fee. A boxed lunch will be included with your round.

 

Cancellation Policy: Players will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee if the CGA is notified within 7 days of the event. Players that withdraw before the 7 day window will receive 100% refund. Members that register as a non-member will not be refunded.
