VSWGA Member Registration
Registration for the 2026 season will open on 1/1/2026!
The Vermont State Women's Golf Association uses the USGA Tournament Management system for event registration.
All players will be required to create a new profile in this system to play in any VSWGA events.
1) If you have not created a NEW PROFILE in the new system click on the GREEN "Click Here to Register" Button below (once you have created a profile, you can log in with your email address and password)
2) Players will be required to register with their GHIN number* to be eligible for any events.
*GHIN number must be ACTIVE!
3) The email you have used for your registration will be the main channel for all communications
regarding the events you have registered for.
4) If your GHIN # is not active, please contact your home course to get it activated for 2026!
Most of your information will be pulled in through your GHIN number, however, here are some important notes:
- Please update anything that has changed and fill in any additional required fields.
- Please use your Mailing Address so that any information that needs to be mailed will be sent to the correct address, i.e. award certificates.
- Please fill in your Handbook Address if it is different than your Mailing Address. We mail out most handbooks over winter and Spring, so if you winter in a different state, please fill this in if you want us to mail your winter mail to a different address. Indicate if you want a hardcopy or pdf. If you want both a hardcopy and pdf of the handbook, check the "both" field.
- Please note the cell phone field is required because information for tournaments can be texted quickly for circumstances such as weather delays, event cancellations or tee time changes. If you do not have a cell phone you can enter 123-456-7890.
- Please NOTE: Your email address as shown in your profile is also your USERNAME for logging in after you create a Password! Please write this down and save it.
