VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $10/player. There are no late-adds after 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 6. Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day.
• If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
• Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friend can play the event before registering. 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person. 
• Cart fee is $25 per person.  Walking is permitted, no fee. Golfers do NOT need to call the Golf Shop to reserve a cart. Two carts allowed per foursome, please.

 Other Info:

• Preferred lies in your own fairway only - one club length.
• Pace of Play is 4 hours 15 min. 
• There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes available, Hole #4 and Hole #13. 
• No skins.
• All golfers will play from the Green tees.
• Water is available on the four Par 3 holes (4,18,13,16).
