VSWGA Fees:  Registration costs $15/player before Monday, 5/6 at 7:00 a.m.  There are no late-adds after this day/time. After you register, be sure to select your tee time if that option is available.  Preliminary tee sheets can be viewed on this website in the Tee Sheet drop down menu.  The event info is listed below.  This info will also be sent via email by the Friday before the event.

 

Guest Registration: Will be decided after the 1st week of Registration.  Members receive preference for registration. Email vswgaquestions@gmail.com for information and also read your handbook regarding guest eligibility.

 

Cancellations/Refunds: 

• There will be no refunds for cancellations after 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day. 
• If you cancel prior to 7:00 a.m. the day before the State Day, there will be a $5 refund per person cancelled.
• Remember, there are no full refunds, so be sure you and your friends can play the event before registering.

 

Course and Cart Fees:

• Players must pay the course and cart fees directly to the club through the Pro Shop.
• Course fee is $25 per person (tax included)
• Cart fee is $26.75 per person - (tax included).  Walking is permitted without payment of cart fee.
• Williston has 52 carts.  Please call the Pro Shop to reserve a cart so they are ready for you.

• Pace of Play at this course is:  4 hours and 15 minutes
• There will be 2 Closest to the Pin Holes: Hole #7 & Hole #16
• Skins will be available. You can play gross and/or net skins.
• The restaurant will be open.  http://www.willistongolfclub.com/-old-duffers-tavern. Full kitchen menu available at 11am. Snacks & grabngo food and beverages available in the morning prior to the kitchen opening. 
• Water is available at the course and at the turn.
• All golfers will play from the GREEN tees.
