FORMAT: Team of 4 players will compete in 18-hole stroke play. The lowest two scores for each hole will be used to determine the team score.  There is no handicap minimum or maximum;however, if your handicap index is higher than 40.4 you will only receive a maximum of 40.4.  Sign up as a team of 4.

Your individual entry fee does cover the Forecaddie however it does not include the gratuity to your Forecaddie.
