Mill Run Fitness Centre

 

The Fitness Centre is available to Equity Members at Mill Run. Through this portal, you will be able to book a 1-hour time slot to use the Fitness Centre and start to work toward your fitness goals. To gain access to booking a time in the Fitness Centre you must fill out the waiver form. Please email Robbie at rzicari@golfmillrun.com to get your waiver. Once this is completed and returned to Robbie, he will open up access so that you can book time in the Fitness Centre. 

 

In addition to having the space to work on your fitness goals, we also have our Fitness Professional, Robbie to help advise and assist you with any fitness questions in regards to how equipment works or different exercises you can perform to help you get to where you want to be with your goals. Robbie is Fitness Level 2 Certified with the Titleist Performance Institute and also a certified personal trainer with NASM. If you forget to book online there will be a tablet in the Fitness Centre where you will be able to book on a first come first serve basis. A maximum of 4 members will be allowed in the Fitness Centre at a time, be sure to book your time to secure your spot to avoid the disappointment of showing up to a full Fitness Centre.
