Format: 18 holes of individual stroke play. Players will play from the BLACK tee markers (see yardage sheet). The low individual scores will advance to the Championship proper at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa on Monday-Saturday, June 18-23, 2018. The final number of spots and alternates will be announced by The Committee on the day of the qualifier. If necessary, there will be a hole-by-hole play-off to determine the last spot in the Championship proper and order of alternates.
Competition Schedule: Starting times will start at 8:00am off Hole #1 and #10. Please check the pairings link for groupings and starting times. Please be at your assigned tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.
Practice Round Information: Fee - $65 (cart included). For practice round starting times/availability please call the Bay Club StoneTree Golf Shop at the number listed above.
Cart Information: Carts are allowed for players and caddies for this qualifying site (carts will not be permitted for the championship). Cart fee is $25 per player and there is a maximum of two (2) carts per group. Push carts are allowed but are not available for rent from Sierra View Country Club. SPECTATOR CARTS ARE PROHIBITED.
Practice Balls: A range is available at the course and range balls will be provided for the competition day only. There will be two (2) shuttles available to transport you down to the range and back. HOWEVER, PLAYERS ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR REPORTING TO YOUR STARTING TEE APPROXIMATELY 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR STARTING TIME. The golf shop and practice range will open at 6:30am and close after the last starting time.
Payment Information: Cash, VISA, and MasterCard (no Amex) are accepted for purchases in the golf shop.
Food and Beverage Information: The restaurant will not be open for hot food but there will be a limited number of food items available.
